I bought this bluetooth for a friend and when I got it and wanted to try it out, I couldn’t even get it to turn on! The button is so discreet you can’t quite push it or find it well. The one I got wasn’t working but nonetheless it’s not too good. The look is okay and well don’t know on the sound quality but I’m sure it’s not too bad. Too complex to use and wouldn’t recommend to buy. Spend some more for a better one, or look for another of better design.

I purchased this product to replace the same headset that I lost a couple of weeks ago. I thought I was buying a new product. WRONG! It came in “frustration-free” packaging. Read: a ziploc bag. They sent the wrong charger with it, which ticked me off right away but then I thought, “I already have a charger since it’s just the headset that got lost.” So I take it to my own charger for the SAME product and plug it in. Still NOTHING. This product is defective!! And, obviously used. It came in a ziploc bag and there was NO instruction manual, just a single page photocopy of the basic instructions. What a joke! I’m so mad I bought this piece of crap, and now I am going to have to pay the shipping to return it!
As for the product itself, I had no problems with my previous Samsung WEP460. It takes several seconds to turn it on/off, but other than that, it was fine. It’s just this particular listing that is horrible and deceptive. “Frustration-free” packaging, what a joke! I’m completely frustrated right now.

It is small and light which is good, but you pretty much have to use the ear clip with it. It only comes with one ear insert and it is not shaped to hold snugly in your ear like the ones that come with the WEP 200. Sound quality is very good, and the microphone works well but it picks up a lot of background noise and wind noise if you’re outside. The multi-function button doesn’t feel like a button, so it’s hard to tell if you pressed it or not. Also, on ititial startup, the red light doesn’t come on for several minutes so it has the appearance that it is not working.
