i bought the Motorokr S9 about 3 weeks ago and anticipated its arrival greatly. When i received it, i found that the bluetooth adapter theat is in the picture is a coverup. -the one that’s in the picture better than the one you actually receive-

The Adapter this company sends you is Naviplay from ten-technologies…a company that went out of bussiness, thus, the item has no warranty and no further support.

The adapter and the bluetooth headphones weren’t even compatible!!!! it didn’t work. To return it, they give you ten days and i surpassed that time-frame but they assured me that it would get done and “happy holidays”. Let’s hope they do or this prodeuct will get another terrible review.

(NOTE: the headphones themselves are pretty elegantly designed, brilliant, but hard to use the button seeing as how there’s no tactile differentiation between buttons…also, since i have only been able to use it with my non-MP3 phone, i can only tell you how they are during a phonecall and not through actual listening of music. Sometimes the person’s voice gets choppy but noone has ever had a problem listening to what i say… even at a descrete level. I’d recommend it…but only if you are rich and it won’t hurt your pockets to have this premature technology.

I purchased these headphones for use with my iPod and Motorola phone. The pairing isn’t very good with the iPod, takes fiddling with, constant turning on and off to get it to pair. The sound is awesome, but they’re only useful for walking, mostly. The headband across the back of your head gets in the way if you want to relax and listen to music while sitting. I don’t recommend them for anything but walking or running activities.

This product doesn’t fit well and there is no way to adjust it. Addtionally, it has volume buttons, but at it’s maximum in some cases, it is not loud enough. The ear buds are uncomfortable and the way it is made to fit on one’s head, isn’t made for a normal size head. The rubbery material gets caught in your hair and gets tangled. Over all, I hated this product and returned it in 3 days. I would hope my review would sway some people from buying this and being as disappointed as I was.

when ordered the company advertised the headset and the blue tooth transmitter for an ipod. but when i received it it only had the headset. when the company was questioned of the bait and switch they stated well i could return the item. I would not buy anything from amazon the came from BLUEHARBOR.
