After I bought this I returned within 2 days. I gave the benefit of the doubt and used it for a bit. I thought maybe its me I have to learn how to use it better. Well once I set it up it wouldnt pull all my emails. After I entered all my contacts info I discovered some other issues. I went into the wifi area set it up but once I left my house when there wasnt any wifi around it would revert back to 3g on its own. I know people may argue its a windows 6.5 phone. I liked the fact i could write office documents like excel, power point and word. I didnt like the keyboard at times it felt awkward. I thought the screen was horrible even after i reset the maching to fix the touch access points on the screen. Which btw deleted all my contacts. So I decided to return it. I couldnt last a whole day using after using an iphone. Dont get me wrong the kicker of this whole experience is that I am a PC guy. I dont own an apple computer. So I dont have a superiority complex of this device in question. I think the iphone has a better screen it might not be as crisp as the lg expo but it has a better interface and when you push a button it actually works contrary to the lg expo. All in all buy an iphone 3gs over this phone please take my advice.

Ok I have had this phone for about a month in a half….everything was ok(except battery/ which doesn’t last no more than a day)…then one day it just started acting up….I would push a button, to which it would not respond, then it just started moving slow, and the finger recognition just never really worked….touch screen stop working all together too…I called AT&T and they are sending me a HTC Tilt 2 which is a much better phone….In one word LG SUCKS….I will never buy another LG phone again to bad cause the phone was cool …very bad phone LG….

The phone is a great piece of hardware that has a solid feel to it (I like the metallic feel, if you don’t mind and like plastic look at the Droid, feels a cheap and ‘plasticy’ as they come) The feel of the phone is great and feels solid like the Iphone (my wife has a 3GS).
Great speed, very responsive, the camera is cool and the keyboard has a great solid feel to it as well.
The only reason I give it a 2/5 is the OS. WinMo 6.5 has too many shortcomings to list and just does not have a great experience. No guestures like on the Iphone for browsing the web, (ping zooming is way cool) and all of the functionality is still not designed for touch but for a stylus. Trying to close buttons is annoying to say the least.
You can overcome the shortcoming of WinMo 6.5 with using some 3rd party programs like SPB home. It’s enough to make it usable. It’s a shame to see such a great product hindered by such a poor OS. WinMo 7 is 22 months late and now pushed out to end of FY10 from what I hear. From what I hear, it’s not 100% compatible with WinMo 6.1/6.5 apps and is still based on the WinCE core.

I’ve had this phone for a couple of months – I absolutely LOVE it – I’ve teathered it to my computer, surfed the web (with and without tethering) accessed my SharePoint site, listened to the FM radio –
Soooo many features – I especially like the fact that I can be tethered to the PC surfing the web and talking on the phone at the same time –
My only complaint is that Pandora isn’t compatible with this phone yet – I guess the built in FM radio will have to do until Pandora gets their stuff together – :O)
